Who founded Supacritical and why?
Supacritical was founded by athletes and engineers who were tired of the usual trade-off: heavy, durable shoes or light, flimsy ones. We set out to build tennis shoes that give you both. Stability, cushioning, and durability without the bulk.
What does the Supacritical name represent?
The last ball of the set. The point you have to hold. We build tools for that moment, not a fake origin story.
How does Supacritical cushioning work?
Strobel construction puts your foot on responsive cushioning instead of a rigid board. Impact absorption and push-off without losing court feel.
What materials do you use?
High-abrasion rubber for hard court, carbon fiber for torsional stability, and a reinforced mesh upper for support and breathability.
How is Supacritical validated?
Real clay and hard court with real players. Prototypes get worn before we lock a last. No boardroom-only testing.
